Monday Night Football

Saints vs Falcons
Drew Brees bounced back after throwing a pick six earlier in the 4th quarter to lead the Saints down the field the for a game winning touchdown and the 17-14 win over the Falcons. Brees hit Jimmy Graham on a 6 yard pass and the Saints took the lead with 3 minutes left. With the win the Saints are now just one game behind the Falcons in the NFC South and they clinched a playoff birth. Drew Brees finished the game with 302 passing yards, a touchdown and two interceptions while Robert Meacham had 101 receiving yards on ten receptions for the Saints. The Saints defense held the Falcons offense to only 215 yards of total offense and they forced two turnover, one when the Falcons were on the Saints one yard line. Matt Ryan had 148 passing yards and a touchdown while Michael Turner had a measly 48 yards on the ground for the Falcons. The Falcons moved to 12-3 on the season and will need to beat the the Panthers next week in order to win the NFC South and get home field advantage throughout the playoffs. The Saints move to 11-4 and will have a chance to win back to back Super Bowls as they clinched at least a Wild Card spot in the playoffs.
